The role of Business Analyst is responsible for identifying, reviewing, and documenting business processes, technical functions and user stories to enhance business systems and align solutions with business requirements.
The role ensures that products adhere to standard policies, frameworks, and architecture to meet the strategic needs of ACN, from project inception, development of a business case and project documentation, business process analytics, customer journey mapping based on customer insights, process re-engineering, online services solution design, evaluation and documentation, and through to the timely execution of the digital transformation projects and change delivery.

Selection Criteria
- Relevant qualification and/or equivalent work experience as a Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated at least 3 years’ experience in instigating, leading, managing and delivering business improvements, projects, and cultural change within a large and complex environment
- Demonstrated experience in project management, business case development, business analytics and process reengineering, customer-led services and solution design and change management, with clear delivery successes.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX)-led services and business solutions to address the needs of customers and business stakeholders (Desirable not essential)
- Demonstrated knowledge in business improvement practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite of Products: Office, Project, Visio & SharePoint.
- Willingness to undertake travel for work purposes if required.
