In this role, you will:
- Provide day-to-day support for the Calypso trading platform, including issue resolution and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address any system or process improvements related to Calypso.
- Assist in configuring, testing, and implementing upgrades or enhancements to the Calypso platform.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Calypso business analysis and processes.
- Interact with trading desks on the trade booking into Calypso and provide clarification when pnl and risk reporting queries raised.
What you will bring:
- Extensive experience in a business support or similar role with previous Markets experience highly regarded.
- Proven experience working with Calypso or similar trading platforms in a support capacity.
- Understanding of financial markets and trading operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Calypso certification is a plus, but not required.
