Key Responsibilities / Outcomes
Working with business owners, project managers, technology, vendors and multiple stakeholders, lead the analysis phase of one or more projects to ensure the requirements of the business are translated into clear documented asks using appropriate frameworks
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, build consensus and document accordingly in line with the delivery methodology in place and the schedule as set by the project manager. Understand and deliver on the customers needs, collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are documented and agreed
Translate business requirements to the delivery team, collaboratively produce design specifications, work to ensure the solutions designed meet the business requirements, present back outcomes to the business stakeholders
Deliver complex process mapping of AS IS and TO Be processes as required to support business change processes, technical process mapping to support the delivery teams, or as required to manage the change program. Pivotal member of the change management process and bringing our stakeholders through the change journey
Support the team during the delivery lifecycle required in areas such as business readiness, testing, support and training.
Contribute in relevant planning, status updates, and governance as appropriate. Provide estimations for work, work to a schedule, escalate any observations to the project manager
Support any data migration process – deliver clear data dictionaries from each legacy IT system, map to new systems, and oversee migration, cleansing, testing and loading into new systems as required
Contribute at a program level in areas such as cross workstream dependencies and multi system integrations!
Contribute to culture change across projects where necessary.
Key Skills, Experiences & Competencies
3+ years implementing technology solutions for complex business problems in an FMCG environment
Microsoft Dynamics CE (Ideally Customer Service Module) implementation experience reporting into a PM to implement the relevant modules to replace an internal bespoke tool.
Experience configuring Dynamics CE and the Power Platform to support the build team as necessary would be a nice to have.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in waterfall and agile environments and can transition between methodologies as appropriate depending on the project or product.
Experience working with Azure DevOps to capture requirements and manage the product backlog.
Excellent documentation skills, process mapping, user requirements specifications, functional specifications, requirements traceability matrices, feature and story writing
The ability to work with the Solution Architect, Product Owner and business stakeholders to prioritise the product backlog based upon business value and complexity.
Substantial commercial acumen, the Business Analyst will be immersed in the business for long periods and must be comfortable operating across different divisions and departments
Comfortable working with 3rd party vendors to design solutions, developers, reasonable knowledge of design patterns and application architecture
Attention to detail, must be able to operate at the relevant levels of detail required to ensure successful delivery
Self-starter with strong communication, presentation, relationship building and end to end analytical skills
Strong data analysis skills, interpreting information, cleansing and data transformation, use of excel, SQL and database querying tools an advantage
Prior experience working in a GxP environment useful
Experience in implementing some of the following – ERP(Nice to have), CRM(Must), eCommerce, digital portals, mobile apps, reporting tools etc.
Be able to work with people from diverse backgrounds & cultures and be able to work with people up and down the hierarchy matrix in the business
Relevant Business Analysis certifications a plus
Any experience training and guiding users on the best use of Dynamics CE would be a plus.
Any experience using Power Automate to extend Dynamics CE would be a plus.
Any experience with Dynamics CE Omnichannel would be a distinct plus.
