What you will be doing:
- Assist in the resolution of business-related issues including the documentation of business processes and information system improvements.
- Receive, investigate, and resolves system issues, including working with customers to determine root causes and provide progress updates.
- Work with developers and testers to ensure that system enhancements and bug fixes are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Identify, define, record and communicate user and functional requirements including the development of user stories and user interface wireframes for necessary system enhancements.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and provide administrative support to the team leader through management of SCRUM boards and participation in project standups.
- Assist in the coordination of consultation processes with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships are developed and maintained.
