Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Coordination and delivery of efficient and effective HR Systems team support.
- Undertake quality assurance processes, including systems reports and analysis for integrity, efficiency, and compliance purposes.
- Monitor and investigate issues, resolve problems, and provide advice to system users in respect to information contained within the information systems.
- Contribute to the development of processes and solutions to meet ongoing business requirements, for example assist with user acceptance testing.
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to develop and facilitate ongoing relationships with QPS work units.
