The Core Capability Requirements for this role are:
- Lead and manage the delivery of efficient and effective systems support for the risk management system and other systems used by the office of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
- Undertake quality assurance processes, including systems reports and analysis for integrity and assurance purposes.
- Provide accurate and timely advice on system configuration, current trends and future product developments within reporting systems.
- Define and document business specifications, key indicators, application functionality and workflow requirements.
- Lead and/or contribute to projects and other improvement activities through well designed data analysis techniques and provision of high-level advice to senior management.
- Liaise, consult, and negotiate with internal and external clients and agencies and foster productive networks
Role Requirements: Technical/ Operational/ Educational Experience
- System administration and configuration experience; Reporting Tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, SSRS); Advance Excel skills; Database Management; knowledge of API's and Business Analyst skills are highly desirable

- The role is based in Brisbane however there is opportunity to negotiate work from other Queensland Police districts or regional centres.
