We are a growing business and as such, we are looking to recruit another talented and passionate individual with the right blend of skills and experience to hit the ground running.
Essentially you will be a part of the Spot On team responsible for the project management of aroud 25 dental practice clients. You will be taking meeting minutes and facilitating action, undertaking analysis, demonstrating and training in practice-specific Excel models and generally engaging with dental practice clients via Zoom to guide them through the business planning process and to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to progress.
You will have worked in the dental industry, probably as a head nurse, TC, clinician or manager, and you will therefore be familiar with how a dental practice operates, including the terminology used.
You will at least be an intermediate user of Excel and have the capacity to pick up new Excel skills quickly. Advanced Excel skills are essential to this role so if you aren't that good yet, you need to have the capacity to learn. Excel skills are tested comprehensively at interview along with fluency at maths, especially percentages.
You are a self-starter who is able to manage your time effectively, work at pace with absolute accuracy, communicate verbally and in written form to a high standard, and use technology with ease.
You will be professional in your approach, supportive in your demeanour and passionate in your output. Ideally you will have some finance and/or P&L management experience.
Only candidates who have proven dental experience (nurse, clinician, TC or management) will be considered for interview.
