We are recruiting a Business Analyst – Salesforce on behalf of our client, a large enterprise organisation. This is a technical subject matter expert role, requiring in-depth experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) or Marketing Cloud.

Working Model & Travel Requirements

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote working and on-site collaboration (various UK sites).
Travel to client sites will be required as needed.
Travel expenses will be covered, but flexibility to travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) or Marketing Cloud.
Work with technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Provide expertise on best practices and system capabilities within Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) or Marketing Cloud.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise platform functionality and workflows.
Support user testing, training, and adoption strategies.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally within a large enterprise environment.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) or Marketing Cloud (certifications are beneficial).
Strong ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of data flows, integrations, and automation within Salesforce.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
