Job Purpose
- Attend to Company existing and new clients.
- Analyse clients’ business requirements and provide IT professional services and solutions through EASI system
40% 1.0 DELIVERY OF NEW PROJECTS WITHIN TIMELINE by
1.1 constantly communicate with client and understanding client’s requirement
1.2 documentation of requirements and solution specification
1.3 lead or sub-lead the technical implementation.
1.4 conduct and document internal and external deliverables’ tests
1.5 conduct user training and produce user guides.
1.6 assist during project go-live to secure the final sign-off.
1.7 conduct technical handover to support team to ensure quality of services to client.
40% 2.0 ENSURE CLIENTS’ BUSINESS FUNCTION RUNNABLE by
2.1 provide technical assistance to support team.
2.2 serve as 2nd level escalation in support operation.
2.3 play part in ensuring SLA.
2.4 address to clients’ enquiries and questions.
15% 3.0 IMPROVE OVERALL TEAM CAPABILITY by
3.1 actively communicate with reporting manager on workload situation
3.2 be initiative in taking part in project and share ideas.
5% 10.0 CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT by
10.1 performing any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the company’s management
