Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and manage communications.
- Develop user stories, business cases, and mockups.
- Collaborate with the tech team on solutions and technology recommendations.
- Manage requirements, track project progress, and handle change requests.
- Assist business users with UAT and ensure sign-off on requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle.
- Business Analysis certification is preferred, e.g. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills.
