Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements, including conducting workshops and meetings with customers.
- Develop user stories, business cases, and mockups.
- Manage stakeholder communications and review/sign off on requirements.
- Analyze business and industry data to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with the tech team to evaluate and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage requirements and monitor project progress, logging change requests.
- Support business users in completing UAT.
- Maintain documentation for projects, processes, and operations.
- Influence stakeholders to support business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience with at least one full software/product development cycle.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) preferred.
