The role

This is a critical position during a period of profound transformation at MAG, as we embark on two landmark change projects at Manchester and London Stansted Airport. Your key responsibilities will be:

Transform the business through technology, digital, and automation.
Develop product strategy and technology change roadmap.
Identify and understand business issues and needs.
Shape and support technology change projects and programmes.
Improve end-to-end digital and customer experience.
Work with solution architects, product, and project managers.
Deploy changes for key technology products and projects.
Align technology change with business strategy.
Support MAG’s vision to be the premier airport services company.

What will make you successful in the role?

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

Extensive BA experience in customer-oriented industries.
Experience with systems, process, and data changes.
Passion for improving customer experience.
Understand different customer personas and technology solutions.
Proven track record in complex, data-driven environments.
Knowledge of development lifecycle and Business/Benefit Case development.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in agile and waterfall methodologies.
BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or similar qualifications are a plus.
