SENIOR ASSOCIATE, OPERATIONS BUSINESS ANALYST

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SENIOR ASSOCIATE, OPERATIONS BUSINESS ANALYST to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Analyses and defines business requirements and functional or operational specifications
- Participates in development of the functional design and user documentation by analyzing and creating business process flows or client requests and identifying changes
- Re-engineer existing operational processes, readying the process for potential automation
- Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems. Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Relevant work experience preferred. Technical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the software development process (can be through scrum/ lean agile or standard SDLC).
- Knowledge or qualifications relating to UI/UX practices.
- Experience or knowledge of Corporate Trust business is desirable.
