As part of an ongoing period of business change and transformation, we are looking to recruit a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. Our organisation is evolving, and as such, we need to ensure our systems evolve alongside us. In 2023/4, we successfully onboarded several Microsoft systems to support our operations. However, these systems were initially implemented to reflect the business processes and needs at that time. As our operations continue to grow and evolve, we now recognise that certain adjustments and enhancements are required to bring these systems into alignment with our current and future objectives.
The primary purpose of this role is to process map the necessary changes and fixes that will allow us to reach a stable, Business-As-Usual (BAU) state. Once this baseline is achieved, the Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across all departments to develop a comprehensive plan for system enhancements over the next 9 to 18 months.
This role requires someone who can take a helicopter view of the systems across all our entities and ensure that changes are made in a way that avoids siloed approaches. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that any changes introduced do not inadvertently affect other areas of the business but, instead, create synergies across different functions. This holistic approach is crucial to ensuring that our systems work seamlessly together, supporting our long-term growth and strategic objectives.
Ultimately, the Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in guiding the transformation of our systems and business processes, helping us navigate change while maintaining efficiency and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
