Detailed Job description : -
· Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business requirements. Ensure alignment with company objectives and Agile methodologies.
· Cloud Solution Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to facilitate the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and scalability.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Databricks to develop insights and reporting solutions, supporting data-driven decision-making across business units.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and leverage technology to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
· Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met, and that project updates are regularly shared.
· Documentation & Testing: Prepare and maintain documentation, including process flows, system documentation, and user guides. Conduct UAT and validate solutions before deployment.
