About the Role
The Manage My Money (MMM) value stream helps our customers manage their money, it’s as simple as that. As an Analyst, your mission is to help gather and clarify requirements. You will be instrumental in supporting a squad that delivers features in the ANZ Plus app, ensuring that our customers have access to the best tools and services to manage their money and enhance their financial wellbeing.

What could your day look like?
Translating the vision into business/technical requirements/user stories that the squad can build, test and implement, iterate
Uncover dependencies and validate boundaries, sequence/mapping of user stories, acceptance criteria
Engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements, this includes aligning with other squads on end-to-end customer journeys
Defining data and insight requirements to track feature usage and contribution to strategic priorities
Assist the team with work required for process, risks, obligations and controls.
What will you bring?
Product development mindset - this role is more than requirements gathering, we’ll rely on you and your expertise on how to best arrange and improve how we work
Extensive experience working within cross-functional, agile or continuous delivery teams
Ability to engage and influence across multiple stakeholder groups
Business Analyst / Product development type background, delivering web applications or mobile applications on iOS, Android. (Understanding event-based architecture will help)
A desire to continuously learn new techniques and technologies, bringing innovative ideas into the team
