In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including product, marketing, sales, and technology teams—to maintain clean, accurate datasets; develop and optimize ETL pipelines; and create insightful reports and dashboards. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your analytical, technical, and communication skills while contributing to a platform that empowers businesses to transact and collaborate more effectively.

- Monitor data quality and proactively identify issues for resolution.
- Maintain documentation of data flow processes and data definitions.
- ETL Creation & Maintenance
- Support the creation, monitoring, and optimization of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for the B2B platform.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and data engineers to ensure data is accurately transformed and made available for analysis.
- Troubleshoot ETL workflows, addressing errors or delays promptly.
- Ad Hoc Queries & Scheduled Reporting
- Use SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) to perform deep-dive analyses of platform usage, customer behavior, and sales performance.
- Develop and maintain scheduled reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to provide stakeholders with timely insights.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests to support product, marketing, and sales initiatives.
- Power BI & SQL
- Build and refine Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs such as user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate on data model designs that support robust reporting and analytics.
- Presentation & Communication
- Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to share insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on reporting solutions to better meet business needs.
Skills & QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL (ability to write basic-to-intermediate queries) and Power BI (or equivalent BI tool such as Tableau).
- Knowledge of data cleansing and validation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
Preferred
- Experience with ETL tools or processes (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Airflow, or custom pipelines).
- Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
- Familiarity with digital B2B or e-commerce platforms, understanding user journey metrics and conversion funnels.
- Some exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and automation.
- A strong interest in learning about B2B platform dynamics, market trends, and best practices in data governance.
