Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, the Business Analyst for reporting will support and manage Corporate Services reporting needs and ensuring data integrity in our data repository. The role will look at optimizing the use of technology to drive efficiently in reporting.
The role will not be limited to reporting on financial numbers but also having responsibilities to cover health and safety reporting, space/lease utilization monitoring, security reporting and operational metrics.
This role will support the development of transformation strategies. The role will also ensure that key operational processes are reviewed and documented to adhere to business continuity requirements.
Job Description
- Generate monthly performance report and track to Corporate Services functional goals
- Track Corporate Services owned vendors performance against service level agreements
- Produce monthly procurement metrics to track procurement performance against targets, process efficiency and governance
- Produce monthly invoicing and payment report showing ageing invoices and payment statistics
- Perform variance analysis to identify areas of concerns or opportunities
- Perform analysis on CS spending and identify areas for cost savings
- Ensure that monthly ESG metrics are gathered and review
- Maintain and ensure completeness of PACS leases, charge out rates to agency leaders and expiry dates
- Develop quarterly divisional spend report for ESC
- Monitor actuals expenses versus budget and alert management of potential overruns
- Prepare Quarterly CFO Dashboard for Group reporting
- Monitoring of SME and Social Enterprises spend monthly

- Experience of using Source-to-Pay system will be a plus

Working Experience
- Candidate must have minimally 3 years of work experience, preferably reporting or project management

- Self-motivated, takes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize, multi-task and prioritize a wide array of initiatives.
- Has an aptitude for innovation.

- Bachelor’s degree as a minimum academic qualification
