About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
In this exciting, senior-level role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all sorts of stakeholders in the business (both technical and non-technical), capturing customer & business needs, customer journeys and stories & mapping business processes as well. Specifically, the role will see you
Leading the business analysis effort on high-value and complex strategic initiatives using advanced analysis techniques and skills.
Working with the PM (Product Manager) to develop strategic plans and prioritise discovery and delivery activities.
Facilitating the evaluation of solution options to validate assumptions.
Working closely with UX & Engineering to define and design solutions that are feasible and viable.
Ensuring ongoing optimisation of changes in-market, against intended customer and business outcomes, and leading the analysis of defects.
Driving successful change management and process improvement by creating documents and artefacts such as as-built processes and procedures.
Championing business analysis best practices and empowering teams to become T-shaped.
About You | Mōu
You are a strong well-rounded Senior Business Analyst with extensive Agile and digital expertise that will allow you to hit the ground running in this role. You will be used to working in highly collaborative environments and have confident communication and facilitation skills. You will also have experience with contemporary BA tools and techniques.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Expertise working across multiple domains and software development methodologies such as Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, dual-track) and Waterfall.
Exposure to human-centred design practices and mindsets.
Strong leadership skills and experience in leading business analysis to achieve success in complex initiatives & environments.
Expertise in employing advanced facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Experience in coaching and mentoring others.
Confidence in multiple approaches to empowering squads/teams and creating collaborative environments.
