The Opportunity
As a Senior Business Analyst position within the Dexus CRM team, you will play a vital role in the requirements gathering, process design, translating requirements into solutions and delivery of capability in Dynamics 365 CRM system for key business stakeholders across Dexus.
- Oversee, facilitate, and document requirements, scope and business process for Dynamics 365 and additional reporting
- Analyse business requirements, including recognising patterns and conceptualising processes
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and CRM team to translate business requirements into solutions
- Provide input into design and running requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders
- Develop and execute test plans along with coordinating UAT
- Oversee deployment of solutions to production and check with end-users the solution is working as designed
- Monitor adoption of new solutions and identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
About You
In addition to the below points, you will be a strong communicator with the proven ability to elicit information from senior stakeholders and be able to facilitate decision making amongst groups.
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in an Information Technology related course
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, experience in financial services or funds management highly regarded
- SCRUM Master certification
- Previous experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of CRM, sales funnel, case management system and marketing tools, preferably Dynamics 365
