General Job Description:
We are seeking 4 Business Analysts to participate in a Software upgrade in the Banking default space. The Candidate will collaborate with both the Technical and Business teams. We need a strong, adaptable personality who can navigate resistance and drive change effectively. The 4 key areas of focus within Default are Credit Cards, Personal Banking, Mortgage (MSP), and Unsecured Lending.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Jira for planning, tracking, and managing tasks
- Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience in Banking Software System Implementations
- Familiarity with Default processes in the Banking Industry
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience in data mapping is a plus
