General Job Description:

We are seeking 4 Business Analysts to participate in a Software upgrade in the Banking default space. The Candidate will collaborate with both the Technical and Business teams. We need a strong, adaptable personality who can navigate resistance and drive change effectively. The 4 key areas of focus within Default are Credit Cards, Personal Banking, Mortgage (MSP), and Unsecured Lending.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Jira for planning, tracking, and managing tasks
Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Proven experience in Banking Software System Implementations
Familiarity with Default processes in the Banking Industry
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience in data mapping is a plus
