We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced analyst with a strong background in the industrial or manufacturing sectors to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll identify and analyze business needs, drive process improvements, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and profitability. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and implement solutions that deliver tangible results.
Additionally, you’ll lead change initiatives by creating and delivering change plans, communications, and engagement activities. This position offers the opportunity to make significant, impactful changes quickly across multiple sites, requiring adaptability and effective management of initiatives.

This is a permanent hybrid full-time role based out of Auckland.
Ōu Pūkenga | About You
To be successful in the role, you’ll ideally have the following skills/ experiences:
- Solid business analyst experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors, with strong understanding of relevant concepts, processes, and best practices.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable solutions using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and experience in Change Management within an industrial/manufacturing context.
- Beneficial Project Management skills and experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant business analysis software.
