As our Business Analyst (IAM), you will work across the wider business to champion best practices and process approach to underpin continuous improvement. You will be focused on quality, innovation and solution design aspects relating to the IAM project. If you are looking for an engaging role in an exciting and complex environment, this is for you.

The role
- Prepare feasibility studies, scope definition, business cases, requirements analysis and business design documents
- Support the deployment of solutions by developing system and user acceptance test plans
- Analyse, specify and validate customer’s functional and non-functional requirements
- Provide end-user documentation and training
About you
- Extensive experience in a Business Analyst role within a complex environment
- The ability to lead from the front with excellent communication and people skills
- Previous exposure to project management methodologies and common business analysis toolsets
- Strong stakeholder management to understand and document complex business requirements
- A strong eye for detail, sense of urgency and the ability to self-manage
