Introduction
We are looking for an expert of Analytics & Insights to help us manage and grow our global business at Trip.com. You will be responsible for maximizing Trip.com’s global business, as well as establish Trip.com as a thought-leader in the field.
In this Role, you’ll get to
- Conduct integrated analysis of market competition/business performance and generate actionable insights from data-driven perspective.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify key trends of travel products; Test and monitor campaign performance and generate insights to discover new opportunities.
- Support the exploration and assessments of business optimizations in terms of strategies and executions.
- Drive product portfolio localization and optimization through delivering the solid analysis on field force effectiveness and issues identification.
- Develop metrics and trackers to provide timely performance diagnostics to assessment.
- Support alternative business model advancement and the multi-channel strategy development by collaborating with product, R&D, user research and other cross-function teams.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Hold a bachelor degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Science or Business.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Strong knowledge in data visualization and analysis tool such as Tableau, Excel, Bigquery
- 3+ Years of relevant work experience involving data or business analysis.
- A growth mindset: data-driven, iterative optimization of acquisition, upsell and retention strategies.
- Excellent English communication skills and work collaboratively across organizations.
- Results-driven, ambitious and able to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Have the experience of finding data insight and provide business recommendations in presentation style not just through dashboard.
