The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a major transformation within Beca's HR and Payroll technology program, particularly focusing on Oracle ERP implementation at an enterprise level. Initially, you will contribute to the rollout of critical system updates essential for supporting Beca’s growth into its second century. Subsequently, your focus will shift to ongoing enhancements, process improvements, and user training.
As a pivotal link among teams, you will engage with business leaders and end-users to capture and understand their requirements, employing your technical and analytical skills to delve into the significance of these needs for different user groups. By adopting best practices, you will define these needs and demonstrate how tailored technology and software solutions can optimize business processes.
About You - Te Rongoāto
We are looking for a technical business analyst with a background ideally in HR and Payroll systems, particularly with experience in Oracle ERP implementation. You will possess the technical expertise to comprehend complex systems and streamline processes, while also being able to train users and facilitate adoption to unlock business value. You're eager to leverage cutting-edge technology and software to drive improvement, build relationships, understand needs, explore opportunities, challenge perspectives constructively, and facilitate positive outcomes in a new role.
