About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi
Fonterra IT has embarked on a multi-year journey to transform technology to support the Co-op's purpose and desired business outcomes. Our newly created operating model journey aims to deliver improved operational efficiency and better and faster collaboration at all levels and enable IT to focus on value delivery. We will continue improving our work around platforms and products, including building the right capability in the right teams to set us up for success.
As a Senior Business Analyst you will work on a diverse range of projects across our Co-op. Liaising between various business departments and groups, you will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs and translating them into detailed business and IT requirements aligned with Fonterra's long-term aspirations.
This role will also support the Business Solutions Chapter by fostering a growth mindset and contributing to consistency and improvement in the business analysis practice.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. You are experienced in gathering and translating business requirements and have a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation. Your ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities drives the success of our initiatives.
