Staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, methodologies, and best practices relevant to the role of a Business Analyst in consulting.
Building strong relationships through effective communication with internal teams and, when necessary, external partners or clients
About You
The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with exceptional analytical thinking and strong interpersonal abilities. Your adeptness at effective communication across all levels will distinguish you.
You possess between 4-6 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or related.
You have exstensive experience working in the banking or financial sector.
Your problem-solving skills are excellent, enabling efficient analysis of complex data sets.
You excel in articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
You thrive in managing multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
You have a proven track record of successful collaboration in cross-functional teams.
Your ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels is noteworthy.
You have experience working with Jira or Confluence
You are comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is crucial.

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
