We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst with a strong background in working alongside developers to design and deliver high-quality web-based applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with developers to translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Drive the development of web applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Conduct process analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for new and existing systems.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, and priorities in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Assist with wireframing, prototyping, and UX/UI discussions to enhance user experience.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment of solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-launch.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in web application development.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., APIs, front-end/back-end frameworks, databases).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, document, and refine requirements.
- Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise web applications.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Background in UX/UI design principles.
