What you will be doing:

• Analyse business processes and systems for efficacy and efficiency.
• Collect, record, and confirm business requirements align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Create and update process maps, business models, and use cases.
• Run workshops and meetings to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Suggest and evaluate solutions to enhance business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Create reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Track projects, identify and mitigate risks.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements.

 

What our client is looking for:

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (IT, Business Analysis, etc.)
• At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT sector.
• Retail and / or digital technologies experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system development lifecycles.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Proficient in process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
