Responsibilities
- Knowledge of SharePoint / web implementations would be an advantage
- Identify business problems, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to understand business processes and identify trends
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements
- Document findings, recommendations, and solutions in clear and concise reports and presentations
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
