This is an initial 18 month max-term contract position with the flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia for the right person. What will your typical week look like?
- Supporting Project Managers in running end to end projects from initiation through to execution, with a strong focus on operational efficiencies, improving net margin and cost to serve
- Plan and coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements (via workshops, 1:1 interviews, etc)
- Conduct analysis using data from a wide range of sources to analyse key themes and identify impacts and present this to key stakeholdersConduct feasibility studies from both a technological and organisational perspective and document findings to complete a cost-benefit analysis

Let’s talk about you!
- Proven experience in similar Business Analyst roles within the financial services or accounting industry is required
- Proven experience in process improvement and working on complex projects
- Exemplary stakeholder management skills, with the ability to plan, organise and manage tasks/activities across multiple projects simultaneously to time, budget and scope
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, as well as project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Relevant degree in Business Information Systems, Finance or Accounting would be advantageous
- Certified Scrum Product Owner and/or Business Analyst Certification IIBA or equivalent would be advantageous
- Experience in product development of workflow softwareExperience in developing and working with product road-maps, including identification and prioritisation of works
