We are looking for a highly skilled operational analyst with a strong interest in technology to join our team. This individual will have an evidenced record of accomplishment in transformational change through data obtained from multiple sources and provisions.
In this role, you'll be embedded in the clients Business Resilience Team, tasked with acting as the conduit between a specific blue-chip client, the outsourced security provider, and our TKC Product Team.
You will exploit, interpret and visualise a diverse array of resilience, security, and intelligence data sources, including CCTV trends, alarm activations, security reports, patrol reports, security risk assessments, and incident reports.
They will be required to build and use digitally managed analytics to provide intelligence for senior leaders responsible for contract decision-making on resource deployment and spend allocation.

What youll be doing
- Be an expert in PowerApps for Office 365, a suite of tools, services, connectors, apps, and data platforms that allows you to build and develop customised apps for business requirements.
- Maximise the potential of the online client-facing platform; identifying ways to enhance outcomes based on the data and insights you have extracted.
- Analyse and interpret data from various Business Resilience feeds, including visual and text-based sources, to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential security threats or areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with security teams, distributed nationally, to integrate data findings into operational practices and service delivery, enhancing overall security posture.
- Manage the data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from multiple sources, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data.
- Lead projects aimed at the automation of data collection and analysis processes, enhancing efficiency and response times.
- Bring the data to life, through the presentation of detailed reports for senior management, providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Stay abreast of advancements in security technologies and data analysis methodologies, applying best practices to internal processes.
What youre about
We are looking for someone who is driven by finding ways to enhance performance and sharing this knowledge with the team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational analysis role, preferably within a security or intelligence-focused environment.
- Proven success using MS apps and automation
- Demonstrated experience in handling large datasets
- You will be happy to get stuck into the detail, learning a system from scratch to configure it to meet objectives.
- Genuine interest in software and understanding how things work behind the scenes.
- Familiarity with security systems and protocols, including CCTV operations, electronic access control & alarm systems, and people-centric security solutions, or the ability to quickly learn.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead service transformation projects with a focus on security and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to forge good relationships with different types of stakeholders from development engineers, to security controllers and suppliers.
- A decent eye for design and an appreciation of clear visualisation when bringing the story to life
