Salary for 28 hours per week £36,000 - £40,000 per annum (£45,000 - £50,000 per annum FTE)

About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team for a 12 months FTC (Maternity Cover).
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects and process improvement initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Your main responsibilities will include facilitating conversations across departments to ensure business and technical teams develop a common understanding of project objectives and outcomes. You will gather and document requirements, conduct analysis, and support teams to align solutions with business needs. This role will suit someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at building relationships to drive collaboration and deliver value effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process Analysis & Design: Analyse, design, and document processes to drive improvements.
- Requirements Management: Gather, document, and manage business requirements, ensuring traceability from source to delivery.
- Facilitation: Lead workshops and meetings to support problem-solving and business analysis activities.
- Support Delivery: Support the business and/or project manager with delivery of change. Ensuring solutions delivered meet the business requirements.

The interview process for this role involves:-
- 30 minute initial telephone interview
- 1hour interview, with an activity / task to complete
