This is an exciting opportunity for an analyst to help us drive improvements to the experience we offer our customers. Your passion for customer service and your expertise in designing seamless end to end customer journeys will deliver meaningful change to Liverpool City Council and to the residents we serve.
You will have extensive experience of working in a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders, of taking an evidence-based approach to generating insights into current processes and the ability to challenge and identify creative solutions which will deliver quality, cost efficient services.
In this role:
- The Business Analyst will lead on the development of customer journey “as is” maps, understanding the full end-to-end customer and business process
- As the Business Analyst you will be expected to analyse and evaluate data to generate insight into current processes
- Within the role the Business Analyst will work collaboratively to generate improvements and solutions and to deliver the “to be” customer journey.
- You the Business Analyst will demonstrate strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- As the Business Analyst will be responsible for preparing and delivering insights, reports, and presentations on customer journeys
- You will ensure alignment and consistency in customer journey mapping
This role is fixed term for 18 months and the Business Analyst will lead on the City Council transformation projects and programmes as part Liverpool City Council Customer Experience Improvement Plan 2024 - 2028
