What the Job Involves

This role places you at the heart of wide-ranging transformation initiatives at Liverpool City Council, within the Transformation Team. You will act as a Business Analysis lead on intricate City Council projects, notably in Adult Social Care and Customer programmes, guiding and supporting with your expert knowledge. A central task is to review and improve complex service processes, implementing a business improvement approach that permeates all organizational levels. Regularly reassessing analysis practices for alignment with best industry standards falls within your remit. Additionally, you will construct business cases that ensure our projects achieve optimal value. Your mentorship of Assistant Business Analysts is crucial, helping them meet their objectives through guidance and wise counsel. You'll thrive in our hybrid working environment, spending part of your week engaged directly with our team in the office for enhanced collaboration.
