Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in software or product development cycles and possess strong analytical and communication skills to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software or product development.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications for technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to align project goals and objectives.
- Support the entire product or software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to solution delivery.
- Analyze and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in at least one full software or product development cycle.
- Business Analysis certification is preferred (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional [CBAP]).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in creating documentation, such as use cases, process flows, and requirement specifications.
