Role Summary
Digital Transformation is at the heart of our client’s group strategy. The Single Platform Augmented Consumer Experience (SPACE) program is a cornerstone CRM program conceived to put consumer at the heart of this transformation which help us achieve consumer centricity, digital strategy and seamless experiential brands. SPACE Program is made up of Consumer Data Services/storage (CDS), Loyalty, Marketing Activation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Consumer Data Platform (CDP), and Analytics. This project has a focus on Japan market and/or Korea market.
Main Responsibilities
Work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive rollout and integration of SPACE products for 1 market, across multiple brands.
- Internal Stakeholders consist of overall SPACE Program Manager, Technical Architects, Product Owners, Integration Managers, Business Analysts, Business stakeholders etc. both at local and Zone/Regional level.
- External stakeholders consist of technical vendors who build or maintain the products within SPACE or to be integrated with SPACE.
Project and timeline management – own overall delivery timeline for different phases in the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with different teams and workstreams to ensure seamless integration in the group system landscape.
- Drive external vendors to explore and deliver solutions with alignment to requirements, ensuring quality and timeliness, whilst keeping to agreed scope.
- Organize and manage periodic steerco meetings.
- Transition Dev project to Hypercare and Operational project upon go live.During hyper-care: organize and drive issue fixes with various stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, having held roles as BA.
- Has experience with projects involving system implementation, multiple systems' integration, and complex data migration.
- Experience managing and driving discussions with both Business & IT stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand requirements/ issues and bring relevant stakeholders into discussions to drive solution.
Good to Have:
- ITIL certification.
- ServiceNow experience.
