We are searching for a highly motivated and talented Business Analyst to become a core member of our Transformation Team in our London Bridge office. You will play a pivotal role in the analysis, design, and implementation of prioritized transformative initiatives to drive advancements throughout our organization.
Collaborating closely with all facets of the global business, the Transformation team and the broader Business Operations team are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our customers and colleagues by streamlining, scaling, and optimizing processes and systems. As a newly established team, already making a positive impact, we are expanding our team to concentrate on business wide process improvement and the leadership of complex projects.
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, gathering end-user requirements, developing detailed functional specifications, overseeing projects, and carrying out user acceptance testing. Focused on the most important business projects, you will demonstrate determination and initiative to deliver with best practice and user experience at the forefront of everything you do.
The work is varied, engaging, and challenging; you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in projects centered on improving business processes, all while tackling obstacles and driving the business forward. This role offers significant opportunity to move the needle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and understand complex business problems to develop best practice solutions.
- Gather, assess, and evaluate requirements from various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
- Develop process enhancements and process models to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the implementation and testing of new systems and processes to ensure seamless integration into existing workflows.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Create functional specifications and other supporting documentation.

Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in transformation or process improvement, within a SaaS company.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Solid project management skills and a track record of successful delivery.
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in documentation and process modelling tools and techniques.
- Technical proficiency with a variety of core SaaS business applications and systems. (CRM, Financial)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles.
- A drive to succeed and proven initiative.
- Degree in a related field (such as Business, IT, or Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
