Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in SuccessFactors Recruitment? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and collaborate with HR, recruitment, and IT departments to optimize recruitment processes and enhance the SuccessFactors Recruitment module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Collaboration with HR and recruitment teams to identify process improvements.
- Supporting system configuration and implementation (optional but desirable).
- Providing ongoing support and process optimization for the SuccessFactors Recruitment module.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven expertise in SuccessFactors Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HRIS systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Human Resources Recruitment.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM eRecruitment.
