On behalf of The Government Property Agency, we are looking for a Business Analyst for a 3 Month contract possible extension which is remote working
The Government Property Agency is an Executive Agency of the cabinet office. It is changing the way the Civil Service works and is at the forefront of Government's transformation agenda; reshaping the relationship civil servants have with their place of work. The Agency is central to the delivery of key Government policies including moving 22,000 Civil Service roles out of London by 2030 and tackling climate change by contributing to the Net Zero agenda. To do this we are delivering a major change programme across the UK and consolidating our portfolio in order to save £1.4 Bn over 10 years.
We need a business analyst to support the implementation of Proactis E Sourcing. GPA currently uses P2P, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management tools, and will now introduce E Sourcing to its suite of products.
It would be helpful to have an appreciation of the commercial lifecycle. Working closely with the project manager and commercial team
As a Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:
- Working with users to understand user needs
- Working with stakeholders across the business
- Highlighting problems, solutions and opportunities
- Suggesting improvements to current systems to streamline and improve flow, productivity and simplicity of use
- Analysis and options presentation of data Reporting
- Work collaboratively to plan and monitor
