Role Outline
We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst to play a critical role in understanding, mapping, and transforming our core service delivery mechanisms. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for process improvement, system automation, and operational efficiency.
You will be an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record of working with an IT team, delivering significant change at pace. You will be able to demonstrate evidence of systematic, structured problem solving both on your own and as part of a cross functional team. You thrive in learning complex systems and have an ability to develop innovative solutions to complex operational challenges within a tightly regulated environment.
You will conduct comprehensive business process analysis across multiple service domains, map current business processed, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and potential automation opportunities. You will develop detailed process flow diagrams and documentation using industry-standard modelling techniques. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and validate business requirements to design and recommend system improvements that enhance service delivery and operational productivity.
You will have previous experience with process mapping and workflow analysis techniques and be proficient in business modelling tools, you will also have a solid understanding of system architecture and integration principles.
