Key Responsibilities:

Analyze processes, customer data, and market trends to uncover actionable insights.

Develop business strategies to enhance market positioning and efficiency.

Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Partner with IT teams to roll out systems with minimal disruption.

Previous experience & skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience as a Business Analyst with proven expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and project management.
Proven experience working in or with telecommunications, or technology sectors is preferred but not a pre-requisite.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: €46,000.00-€100,000.00 per year
