Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze processes, customer data, and market trends to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop business strategies to enhance market positioning and efficiency.
- Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with IT teams to roll out systems with minimal disruption.
Previous experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience as a Business Analyst with proven expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and project management.
- Proven experience working in or with telecommunications, or technology sectors is preferred but not a pre-requisite.
