We're growing our team and would love to find a Digital Business Analyst, who has fantastic MarTech experience, to be the single IT contact for digital enablement and support across the toob business.

You will provide a single IT contact for digital enablement and support the wider toob business with digital initiatives and ventures through the application of MarTech. Working as part of the IT, the role will involve driving joint initiatives with toob’s digital marketing team, analysing requirements/proposals, and assessing the impact of digital enhancements on IT across infrastructure, systems, security, capacity, and development.

The role responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for digital capability within the IT team
Support the wider toob business in understanding, analysing, and enabling digital channels, including Web, Marketing, Social Media, SEO, and more
Assess business requirements and work with the IT team to design robust solutions that meet business needs
Ensure that we embrace and utilise technology and best practices in digital initiatives
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compatibility, security, scalability, and usability of digital solutions
Manage relationships with third-party suppliers providing digital tools, platforms, and services to toob
Ensure compliance with toob processes, including Change and Release Management
Act as the gatekeeper for digital deployment activities, ensuring documentation, test results, and contractual and service management support are in place
Generate business benefits and track the performance of digital initiatives
Develop and maintain a digital KPI dashboard.

What you’ll bring to the role:

5 years+ of working knowledge of MarTech specific digital technology, support infrastructure, and processes
Demonstrated experience using industry recognised MarTech tools such as WordPress (including plugins), Hubspot, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager Integration
Experience working in an ITIL environment coupled with a great understanding of ITIL and project management principles
Knowledge of ISO27001 and security principles, standards, and security practices

IT-related degree or equivalent professional certification
You'll live within an easily commutable distance to our Lakeside North Harbour, Portsmouth HQ

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
