We are keen to hear from Business Analysts who:
Has a relevant industry qualification and at least 5 years previous experience in a Business Analyst or IT role

Has proven analytical abilities

Are self-motivated and use their initiative

Can work independently on tasks or running small projects

Enjoy taking ownership of their work

Ability to relate to a wide range of people both internally and externally

Proven interpersonal skills and ability to obtain collaboration and cooperation

Well organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines

Diligent and thorough with a desire for accuracy

Technologically savvy and familiar with computer systems (Microsoft Office, database principles, browser based application delivery, Cloud application delivery)

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Advanced organisational skills

Project management skills

Change management skills

Understanding of financial concepts and processes

Strong documentation and report writing skills

Systems/UAT testing experience

Highly developed documentation, report and work flow process writing skills

Experience in the procurement cycles for technology solutions including specifying RFI & RFP requirements, evaluation and selection processes.
