South Norfolk and Broadland Council are always thinking ahead with the aim of improving the quality of life for our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in the design & implementation of a new Customer Experience Platform (CEP). This role will have overarching responsibility for leading on the analysis, documentation and management of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
You will research and design the future state business and customer processes for our new Customer Experience Platform. As the key connector between the project’s business requirements and the technical solution procured, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and use your expert knowledge to translate these into actionable processes that enhance the customer experience.
You will work closely with our chosen supplier, to interpret and translate the processes identified into our final CEP solution; also ensuring full engagement with the change, communications and training teams to inform their change plan.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Business Analyst, with experience of working on complex IT projects within an Agile delivery framework, and a strong focus on process analysis and design. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and with the ability to advise and influence senior officers, members and stakeholders. An understanding of a range of council services would be beneficial.
