About the Product Team
The product team plays a vital role in requirement elicitation to gain a clear understanding of stakeholder needs and subsequent prioritisation of those needs.
Team members bridge the gap between the stakeholders and the scrum team, assisting with the development of valuable features which meets the needs of the stakeholders and the wider business.
The team comprises of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and a Product Trainer all of whom work collaboratively with one another and especially with business users from other departments in the company.
What you’ll be doing
- Working alongside a dedicated integration scrum team in the delivery of multiple integrations
- Assist the Product Owner with requirement elicitation and stakeholder expectation management
- Working with internal and external REST APIs to provide the development team with sample API requests and responses
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and the scrum team in the successful and timely development of integrations which meet the stakeholders’ requirements
- Develop a strong relationship with partners, working with them to optimise and enhance our integrations
- Identify and analyse business needs and goals
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
- Lead refinement session with the team
- Participate in Agile ceremonies with the scrum team
What you’ll need to be successful
- Strong hands-on experience working with REST APIs
- Strong understanding of working with API testing tools
- Experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
- Proven experience in requirement elicitation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Understanding of SDLC
- Experience with ecommerce and/or logistics SaaS solutions
