- 96 months of experience conducting manual and automated testing.
- 96 months of experience in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.
- 60 months of experience with load and performance testing.
2. Tester - Level 2
- 60 months of experience as a Tester within the past 10 years.
- 60 months of experience in conducting manual and automated testing.
- 60 months of experience in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.
3. Web Designer (UX Designer) - Level 3
- 120 months of experience as a Web Designer (UX Designer) within the past 15 years.
- 96 months of experience designing user-centered solutions using user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- 96 months of experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop a cohesive user experience strategy.
- 60 months of experience with user interface (UI) design and accessibility considerations.
4. Web Designer (UX Designer) - Level 2
- 60 months of experience as a Web Designer (UX Designer) within the past 10 years.
- 60 months of experience designing user-centered solutions using user research, wireframing, and prototyping.

7. Web Multi-media Content Consultant (UX Researcher) - Level 3

- 60 months of experience conducting user research activities (e.g., interviews, usability testing, journey mapping).
- 60 months of experience planning, managing, and executing user research studies.
