Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain
Experience in Building BRD/FRDs and High-level design documents
Experience in implementation CLM, KYC Onboarding use cases preferably on Pega platform
Experience in handling Digital Transformation engagement for Banking Clients
Very good understanding of Retail, Corporate, Investment Banking, Back office and front office operations
Excellent understanding of Business Functions and experience of working closely with Client stakeholders
You will be responsible for participating in the full Agile application development life cycle for new design and development of reusable components to support overall project objectives
Experience in Pega KYC/CLM Experience is mandatory
The candidates will act as a CLM/KYC SME for the bank.
You will be committed to functional analysis of complex processes and analysis of large volumes of data, and must be adaptable to different responsibilities.
Collaborating with product owners, understanding requirements, creating user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and aligning stories to sprints and releases
Collaborating with software engineers in the Scrum teams to facilitate behavior-driven-development (BDD) by writing business scenarios and integrating it with the Java codebase
Analyzing large volumes of financial data to produce business insights like optimization of KYC processes, etc., including ability to extract, transform, and visualize data.
Conducting regular meetings with various stakeholders which can include requirements gathering, UAT, project updates, etc
Ensuring that the software built at your direction is reliable and easy to support in production
Extensive experience of business/data analysis within financial services, showing strong analytical, and problem solving skills as well as hands-on experience with BDD.
