About Our Project Services Team:
Grow with the best! Pandell's Project Services team is a fast-moving team responsible for facilitating the implementation of the Pandell suite of 12+ product groups.
What Will Make You An Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with software implementation projects from kick-off to go live.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, along with acute attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data conversion specialists, developers and quality assurance analysts.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients, at both the operational and leadership levels.
- Motivated individual who is a self-starter and takes initiative.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Projects, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Working knowledge or experience with internal collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to use right-size tools and techniques to fit the project at hand.
What Makes You Extra Awesome:
- Experience in Financial and Capital Accounting.
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry and product applications
- SQL knowledge
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-scale client implementations.
- Responsible for software implementation, data conversion and product upgrade projects for new and existing Pandell customers.
- Lead meetings with clients to discuss product implementation and statuses.
- Participate in organizing project and development activities for assigned projects.
- Preparation and on-going updates of client and internal project plans (milestones, tasks, timeline, etc.)
- Participation in the creation of Work Order and Statement of Work documentation.
- Liaise between customers, Pandell data conversion/development teams, and business subject matter experts to ensure that business needs are identified, defined, and documented.
- Facilitate the analysis, planning, and execution of solutions to resolve various customer requests.
Your Experience:
- 5+ Years of experience in Software Implementation, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
